Rabbit Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 deboned rabbits
    2 onions, minced
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
Preparation
    Grind rabbit meat.
    Add all ingredients, mixing well.
    Make into patties.
    Ready to fry.
    Cook until well done.
    Can be frozen for special occasions.
