Boiled Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 qt. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks, sugar and salt.
    Stir in milk; mix well.
    Mix 1/4 cup flour with water.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to thicken; add vanilla.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Stir in custard. Add whipped cream and marshmallows.
    Chill and serve with coconut cake.
