Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef sirloin
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cut sirloin in thin narrow strips.
Cook in butter with onions until meat is brown.
Reduce heat and add mushrooms.
Cover and cook 10 minutes.
Remove meat and vegetables to double boiler.
To remaining broth, add flour and seasoning gradually.
Add sour cream.
Blend until smooth.
Add meat and vegetables from double boiler and serve on bed of noodles or rice.
