German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp
    1 c. grated cheese
    4 eggs, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and chop.
    Sprinkle cheese on hot potatoes.
    Add onion, green pepper, crumbled bacon, egg and salt.
    Pour 2 tablespoon hot bacon grease on top of potato mixture and toss. Then mix vinegar, water, mustard, mayonnaise and sugar together; pour on potato mixture and toss again.
    Serve hot or cold.
