Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 sweet onion, chopped
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 pkg. herbed stuffing mix
    1 lb. cooked shrimp, chopped
    1 lb. lump crab meat
Preparation
    Saute onion and squash in a little oil until onion is just translucent; cover and let steam for a few minutes.
    Mix squash, onion, carrots, sour cream and mushroom soup.
    Melt butter and toss with stuffing.
