Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lemon, grate rind and juice
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, butter, flour, lemon rind and juice and egg yolks until light in color and texture.
    Add milk and stir well.
    Beat egg whites until fluffy (not dry) and fold in.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake until top turns golden. Makes 1 pie.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
