Green Bean Lyonnaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. green beans, French-cut
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. onions
2 Tbsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
dash of cloves
Preparation
-
Cook beans as directed.
Melt butter and saute onions in saucepan.
Add cooked beans with remaining ingredients.
Simmer until tender.
