Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 medium to large onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    ketchup
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix hamburger, sausage, cracker crumbs, onions, salt, pepper and bell pepper with tomato sauce.
    If too soft, add a small amount of crumbs.
    If too stiff, add ketchup until right consistency.
    Mold into shape to fit desired cooking pan.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook 40 minutes; drain off excess grease and cook 20 more minutes.
    Drain and pour ketchup over loaf and cook 15 more minutes.
