Potatoes In A White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium-sized potatoes, diced
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place diced potatoes in saucepan.
    Just cover with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Combine margarine, flour and salt.
    Add to milk in a separate saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
    Mix together sauce and potatoes until well blended. Place in serving dish.
