Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 ears corn or 1/2 gal.
12 onions or 5 c.
5 sweet peppers or 2 c.
1 c. mustard
2 small c. sugar
2 hot peppers
Preparation
-
Cook corn in 1 1/2 pints vinegar for 30 minutes.
Then put all together and add 1 pint more vinegar, then cook 20 minutes longer. Then seal while hot.
