Pineapple Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
juice and grated peel from 1 orange
Preparation

Combine pineapple, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1 teaspoon orange peel with remaining ingredients in saucepan.
Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.
Cool. Serve over ice cream, frozen yogurt, pancakes or waffles.
