Fettucini Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 pt. light cream
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 c. Locatelli grated cheese
    1 lb. fettucini
Preparation
    Cook bacon, drain and crumble; reserve 3 tablespoons of fat. Add cream and simmer; do not boil.
    Cook fettucini; drain.
    Add margarine and toss.
    Add beaten eggs; toss.
    Add cream and bacon fat; toss.
    Add cheese and crumbled bacon; toss and serve immediately.
