Kyle'S Favorite Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean beef, cut into small cubes
    4 to 5 lb. cubed potatoes
    1 pkg. mini carrots
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    water
Preparation
    In large stock pot, lightly brown beef in cooking oil.
    Add several cups of water and bring to a boil.
    Stir in dry soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes and carrots and enough water to cover vegetables.
    Reduce heat and continue cooking for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
