Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 tube Ritz or Town House crackers
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Place partially thawed broccoli in a greased baking dish. Melt butter and use half over the broccoli.
    Crumb the crackers and mix with the remaining butter.
    Top broccoli with cubed cheese.
    Spread cracker crumb mixture over the cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
