Yakitori - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breasts
    1 c. shoyu
    1 c. Mirin
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    18 small mushrooms
    18 (2-inch size) green onions
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch size cubes.
    Boil shoyu, Mirin, sugar and
    chicken bones in a
    saucepan.\tSimmer,
    uncovered, until mixture is reduced by 1/4.\tCool.
    Dip chicken in sauce. Thread skewer with chicken, mushrooms and\tgreen
    onions.\tDip in sauce; grill on barbecue.
