Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. grated cheese (sharp or medium)
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 large or 2 or 3 small jalapeno peppers
1 (No. 303) can cream style corn
4 slices crisp bacon, crushed
1 tsp. onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients togerher.
Pour half batter in hot greased pan.
Sprinkle grated cheese over batter.
Pour in remaining batter.
Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 until done, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
