Water Chestnut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    small pkg. slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Cook celery for 6 minutes and drain.
    Combine soup, celery and water chestnuts in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Saute cracker crumbs in butter and spread over mixture.
    Top with slivered almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
