Vidalia Onion Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 large Vidalia onions
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Slice onions in rings and saute in skillet or microwave in butter until clear but still firm.
    Layer in casserole, starting with onions, then crackers and cheese.
    End layers with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until brown.
