Renee'S Pastry Wrapped Gouda - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) round Gouda cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (optional)
    1 egg (optional)
Preparation
    Cut cheese in half to form two circles.
    Divide can of rolls in half.
    Set one half aside.
    Lay the 2 rectangles next to each other on a baking sheet.
    Pinch perforations to seal.
    Place 1/2 cheese in center.
    Spread with 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard.
    Fold in corners and pinch edges shut.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Repeat with other half of dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 8.
