Buffet Cheese-Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 carrots, sliced and pared
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 minced onion (small)
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 lb. sharp American cheese slices
    2 c. bread crumbs

    Preheat

    Cook carrots as usual in water. Drain.
