Crunchy Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. natural bran flakes, finely crushed
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg white, beaten
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation

Mix cereal, lemon peel and salt; dip chicken pieces into egg white and then coat with cereal mixture.
Place on a 9 x 13-inch pan which has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Real good!
