Cornbread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornbread pieces
2 c. dry bread cubes
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
sage to taste
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
hot broth or water (to moisten)
Preparation

Combine bread, onion and seasonings.
Add butter and enough liquid to moisten.
Toss gently to mix.
Makes 4 cups stuffing, enough for a 4 or 5-pound chicken.
Double recipe for 10-pound turkey.
