Mexican Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boiled potatoes (with peel)
    1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta, cubed
    1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Cube potatoes.
    Mix potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and onion together.
    Fry bacon and sprinkle on top of potato mixture in a pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
