Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots and salt until tender.
Drain.
Blend other ingredients; beat well.
Alternate layers of carrots, onion and green pepper.
Pour sauce over carrots.
Let set in refrigerator overnight.
