Ginger Spiced Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken, cut into thin strips
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. water
1 large green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/3 c. cashews
1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation

Saute chicken and garlic in oil until lightly browned.
Stir in peppers and mushrooms.
Cook and stir until crisp-tender.
Combine water, cornstarch and soy sauce in a small bowl, stirring until smooth.
Stir into chicken mixture.
Add ginger and bouillon cube. Stir in nuts.
Cook and continue to stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Makes 4 servings.
Serve with rice.
