Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (sprinkle a little flour over the nuts)
    3 apples, peeled and cut into very small pieces, about the size of end of thumb
Preparation
    Beat the
    first
    3 ingredients well in a mixer; add the next 4 ingredients and mix well.
    Add apples; add nuts and mix well. Bake in
    10
    x
    14-inch
    pan, a Bundt pan or layer cake pans. Makes 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
