Ingredients

1 lb. spaghetti
1 egg, beaten
1 medium onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 to 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In skillet, simmer onion, pepper and browned ground beef. Drain and add tomato sauce and seasoning. Cook spaghetti and drain.
Spray or grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and spread cooked spaghetti evenly. Add on top the ground beef and sauces.
Top with mushrooms and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes, then cut into squares.
(Instead of the onion, green pepper and Italian seasoning, I use 1 bag of spaghetti sauce seasoning by McCormick.)
