Ingredients

3 1/3 c. uncooked rice
6 2/3 c. water
7 eggs, beaten
2 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
4 lb. ground beef, fried
4 c. spaghetti sauce
oregano (optional) as desired
Preparation

Combine rice and water; cook until done or water is absorbed. Fold in eggs and 3/4 pound grated cheese.
Pat into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until firm and set. Remove from oven and top with ground beef.
Cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle 2 pounds grated cheese on top.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Return to oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for an additional 20 minutes.
