Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie shell
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed or cooked fresh spinach
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Bake pie shell at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Set aside.
Saute onion in butter; add spinach, stirring well.
Cook 2 minutes.
Blend flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add to spinach.
Combine eggs, half and half and cheese.
Add to spinach mixture.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
