Italian Round Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, tenderized
1 onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. onion soup mix
1/4 c. wine
1/2 tsp. each: oregano, parsley and basil
salt, pepper and flour
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can Italian-style tomatoes
1 to 2 cloves minced garlic
Preparation

Rub flour, salt and pepper into round steak.
Brown in a skillet.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender.
Serve over noodles or rice, if desired.
Serves 4 to 6.
