Pina Colada Shake(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chilled evaporated skim milk
    1/2 Tbsp. coconut extract
    1/4 ripe frozen banana
    1/4 c. frozen pineapple chunks
    2 to 3 ice cubes
Preparation
    In a blender, blend milk and extract.
    Add frozen banana and pineapple chunks, a few at a time.
    Add ice cubes one at a time. Blend until smooth.
    Serves 1.
