Red Pepper Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bell peppers, chopped
    2 leeks (whites only), chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. whipping cream
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute peppers, leeks and onions in butter until onion is transparent.
    Add broth and cream.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Puree in blender.
    Return to saucepan and simmer 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add salt to taste.
