Pork Chop Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, peeled and sliced
    salt and pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    pork chops
Preparation
    Fill 9 x 13-inch baking dish 1/2 full of potatoes.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle flour over potatoes.
    Pour milk over potatoes.
    Lay pork chops on top of potatoes; salt and pepper. Cook at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn pork chops once during baking time.
