Layered Orange Gelatin Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz. each) pkg. orange gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    cold water
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water to orange concentrate to make 2 cups.
    Stir into gelatin mixture.
    Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
    Chill until thick as unbeaten egg whites.
    Spoon out 1 1/2 cups into a large bowl of mixer.
    Set aside.
