Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 can chicken broth or chicken bouillon
    1 can pineapple chunks or slices
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar to taste
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil chicken. In a skillet, saute onion and green pepper until tender.
    Stir in chicken broth, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Stir in 2 tablespoons of cornstarch for thickening.
    Stir and cook until thick.
    Then stir in chicken.
    Serve with hot rice.
