Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck pears
    6 large onions
    1 bunch celery
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    5 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    6 red peppers
    6 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    5 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 large can crushed pineapple in own juice, undrained
    2 pkg. Sure-Jell
    water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O or peach
Preparation
    Boil zucchini in small amount of water for 15 minutes.
    Add lemon juice and pineapple.
    Boil 10 minutes more.
    Remove from heat and measure fruit and liquid.
    Add enough water to equal measure for 2 cookings of Sure-Jell.
