Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

4 chicken breast filets
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Saute chicken breasts in margarine in skillet for 20 minutes. Remove to warm platter; keep warm. Stir flour into pan drippings. Add broth and half and half.
Simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add mustard; mix well.
Return chicken breasts to skillet.
Heat, covered, for 10 minutes.
