Special Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    8 oz. catsup
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 sliced onions
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Mix
    flour, salt, pepper and allspice together and coat the meat
    with\tthis
    mix.
    Brown
    the\tmeat
    in
    the oil in a 12-inch Dutch
    oven.
    Mix the catsup, garlic powder, vinegar, mushrooms, onions, sugar and bay leaves together and pour over meat.
    Bake for 2 hours.
