Cheesy Rotini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. rotini, uncooked
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, broken up and undrained
    1 Tbsp. beef flavored instant bouillon
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Prepare rotini as directed on package.
    Drain.
    In a large skillet, cook ground beef, green pepper and onion, over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Drain fat.
    Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini.
    Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
