Maria'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients

15 eggs, well beaten
4 oz. mushrooms
1 bunch asparagus
black pepper
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
3 chopped green onions
1 cooked & diced potato
splash of cayenne pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, pour into pie plate and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with Romano cheese.
