Meatballs, Potatoes And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 garlic clove, minced
    salt
    pepper
    potatoes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except potatoes and cornstarch.
    Shape into balls; fry on all sides.
    Drain.
    Peel and quarter potatoes. Put potatoes and meatballs in a large pot; cover with water.
    Boil for about 20 minutes, or until done.
    Remove potatoes and meatballs from liquid.
    Mix the cornstarch with a little water to form a paste.
    Add paste to the boiling liquid, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Return potatoes and meatballs to gravy.
    Heat through.
