Goldie'S Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. uncooked broad noodles
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. seedless white raisins
    1 c. light brown sugar
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium grated apple
Preparation
    Cook noodles until tender-firm, drain thoroughly and add all other ingredients.
    Mix
    well.
    Pour
    into
    a
    greased
    9 x 14-inch Pyrex baking
    dish and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes until well browned.
    Serve as a side dish.
