Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked according to instructions and drained well
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 or 3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 to 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese and fresh Mozzarella
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (topping)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add all ingredients, except mix melted butter and bread crumbs together.
    Distribute on top evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Knife should come out clean.
