Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (raw)
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cumin
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    12 oz. uncooked lasagne noodles
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. picante sauce or salsa
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can sliced black olives
    3/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Place 4 uncooked noodles in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spread half of beef mix over noodles.
    Top with 4 more noodles and remaining mixture. Combine water and sauce; pour over all.
    Cover tightly with foil. Heat at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours (until noodles are tender).
