German Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soft unseeded rye bread crumbs
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained in colander
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. ketchup or chili sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together; then add 2 pounds of ground beef.
    Mix them and form a loaf 10 inches long by 8 inches wide.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
