Turtles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 stick oleo
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    14 oz. pkg. Kraft caramels
    1 c. broken pecans or walnuts
    2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix the German chocolate cake mix with the oleo and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Spread 1/2 batter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake for 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Melt together the Kraft caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk over low heat or in microwave.
    Spread over bottom layer.
    Sprinkle the nuts and chocolate chips over the caramels.
    Spread rest of cake batter over the top.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
