Eva'S Mean Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fryer, boiled, deboned and shredded
    2 large c. Macayo's enchilada sauce
    2 c. green diced chilies
    2 c. diced olives
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    2 large tomatoes (save one for garnish)
    3 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 doz. corn tortillas
    1/2 head lettuce, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a skillet, heat Macayo's enchilada sauce.
    In another skillet, stir in a cup of Macayo's enchilada sauce to shredded chicken until heated.
    Put all chopped vegetables and olives on a large plate for easy access in preparing the enchiladas.
