Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs
    2 lb. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pkg. less 3 graham crackers, crushed
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Butter a 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Dust with crumbs.
    Make thin layer of crumbs on bottom for crust.
    Cream sugar and cream cheese together.
    Beat eggs, 2 at a time; mix into cheese mixture. Add flour, vanilla and cream; mix.
    Pour over crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven for 65 minutes.
    Shut off oven; leave in for 30 minutes.
    Open oven door; leave in for 30 more minutes. Take out of oven; remove from pan.
    Chill.
    Top with fruit.
