Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
1/2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium bell pepper, diced
1/4 tsp. hot sauce (Tabasco)
2 Tbsp. hot picante sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
