Cooked Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. butter or oleo
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except butter and mustard.
    Cook over low heat until smooth and thick.
    Remove from heat; add butter and mustard.
    Stir until blended.
    Use as dressing for potato salad.
